U.L.C. Exercises to be Great!

Let's get one thing straight, if you are not willing to put in the effort leave right now.

The thing is when it comes to your health you should be willing to literally crawl on the ground for a better body, a better mind, and better health.

The people who aren't become the obesity epidemic the United States is facing right now. In quite seriousness it is that level of extremity. We truly want the best out of you, and up until now we haven't pushed you very hard. That needs to change, as with anything in life, nothing will change unless you change.

We want to be that spark that completely changes your life for the better. We see that the Four Pillars isn't the quickest strategy to do that, but it is the literally the best out there for your growth. It encompasses every necessary area of your life, and the Body Pillar is no different. With nutrition and physique as the focus, we want to help you overcome any obstacle! Let me speak personally here as I, Dustin the person writing this, want to help you grow into the person you are meant to be! I have overcame a multitude of obstacles, and with the U.L.C. leading my life, I know there will be many more, and I would have it no other way!

Finally that the mindset melding is out of the way, let us get to the exercises you can do to start your Body Pillar development!

 

Keep in mind these "days" can be approached in different ways, depending on your schedule. It is necessary to do all of them in order to develop different muscle groups though! Keep in mind too these are meant for a strong, lean, and defined muscle structure, which works amazingly for men and women! A unisex approach you could say! If you want to increase mass more than what you would get from this then change a variable (below), also it would be suggested to try out the basic routine outlined here before any changes!
