How Can You #MAKEACHANGE?

This is a world full of opportunities to explore and increase your life experiences. The level of potential every one of you have is immense, and the potential you can have to make a change in the world is enormous. The point of this blog itself is to be a catalyst for change. We want the whole world to improve, and we believe it starts with each and every one of you!

Challenge yourself to be a person who inspires others to follow suit!

Now who do you want to be in your life? Some of you may have already done your dream, others may just be starting it, but no matter where you are you must decide what you want out of the rest of your life. Do you want to be that lazy 20 something year old who doesn't chase after his/her dreams, or the 70 year old man who whines about the regrets he wants to change, no you don't. I have met people of all ages who drastically changed their life, and that includes people of older age. Where they "don't have enough time", that is an excuse, you have the time you just don't want to spend you last what 20 years left on it. Who knows it may only take ONE YEAR to #makeachange, and have the rest of your life tremendously better. What is frustrating is that people think that they don't want to change, or they let (easy to fight) laziness get in their way. Laziness is a habit yes, but you can choose every time to fight it. The longer you wait the harder it will be, yes, but the reward also gets greater as well.

Be the person who turns their life around at any age, and be the person who will get up in the morning to go out and make that change. It is not as hard as you make it out to be!

Things you can do to get yourself in the right mindset:

  • Prepare the night before.

  • Make your bed.

  • Drink a full glass of lemon water right when you get up.

  • Start a basic workout routine.

  • Start meditating on your life.

  • Try brain games, they may be simplistic, but they are a good way to start.

  • Read for just 10 min every day.

The list could go on and on, there are always really good things you can be doing to increase your productivity, and in turn start to #makeachange!

 

As it was said ages ago, "I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, and every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight" -Martin Luther King Jr., this is a resounding and vibrant idea. This philosophy of making things a better version them, is the basis of change. We are a species meant for change, and we change over time because of that. We growth ONLY because we change!

I dare to say I have a dream myself, one that I see every single day, and that dream is to see a world unified under one ideal. An ideal for innovation and peace.
